Tracey Pryce - Director

Tracey has over 16 years experience in Event Management and also PR & marketing and runs White Fox Events who specialise in shows, festivals, corporate events and private parties. Tracey moved to Stoke Row, Henley-on-Thames nearly seven years ago from London where she worked predominately in the film and entertainment industry - she has also worked on a freelance consultancy basis across various industries including, property, law and the environmental sector.  Tracey is also proud to be working on the Henley House & Garden Show for the third year, which will be taking place next year with Niki Schafer and the rest of the wonderful team.


Kathryn Fell - Director

Kathryn is a professional photographer based in Sonning Common, she moved to the area 8 years ago and immediately fell in love with Henley. Starting her career as a graphic designer, Kathryn then enjoyed a 13 year marketing career mainly within the food industry, before training to become a photographer. It was during her time as a New Product Development and Brand Manager within the food industry that Kathryn's real passion for excellent food began.



Ryan Simpson - Patron

Ryan left his home town of Nuneaton at the age of 18 and moved to Roanne, France where he undertook a culinary apprenticeship working for a three-star establishments such as the Troigros family, Guy Savoy and Pierre Gagnaire. On returning to the UK, Ryan began a journey up the kitchen hierarchy via Sketch, and The Elephant in Torquay. He soon took on a role as Head Chef at The Goose Restuarant in Britwell Salome which was swiftly followed by a Michelin Star 18 months later. In 2010 he set up Orwells, in Binfield Heath with his partner Liam. Using a wealth of classic and modern techniques he always strives to make the best of what rural Britain can offer.


Liam Trotman - Patron 

Originally from Liverpool, where he got his start as a chef in the famous 60 Hope Street, Liam has gone to work a Bovey Castle, Winteringham Fields before joining Ryan at The Goose in 2008. Liam has a passion for baking and pastry. He has spent he last 3 years developing the selection of freshly made bread at the restaurant. Liam loves to garden and currently grows 75% of the veg when in season for Orwells.
